I am having trouble finding the Harvest Crunch Cereal.
Can you tell me what company makes this cereal? Post? Quaker? Kellogg? Looks great!

I made these last night. They are so good! I’m a big fan of Rice Crispy Treats but these are even better! My niece is a teenager and we made this together. We couldn’t stop eating them!

Harvest Crunch is a granola, but has almonds, honey, raisins. To get it in the pan I used the back of a spoon that I ran across butter, and used that while the granola was still very warm and press very hard. I do think you could use just about any cereal and this would work.

Oh! These look fabulous! I wish I had seen the recipe before I went to the grocery store, because I would’ve grabbed a box of this cereal to make a delicious breakfast treat!

I couldn’t find the Harvest Crunch in my grocery store so I improvised with Mueslix by Kelloggs. Some tips: you must work really fast to get the mixture into the bar pan. I tried spreading it after oiling my hands and it still stuck to them. I washed my hands and left them wet and the proceeded to pat in in the pan and it worked like a charm.I like a slightly salty granola bar, so I added some salted pumpkin seeds.
