I made them with pepper jack cheese and barbecue sauce and they were a hit! I found that grilling the chicken in a little barbecue sauce as well really helps add flavor to the chicken. I also really like using free range organic chicken because it is healthier for the body and is more responsible on the environment and for the chickens. Anyway, I loved these!
