Thank you for posting! All at my family gathering enjoyed these tasty snacks! A couple of things I did differently: I used Light cream cheese and it still set well in fridge. I used Blue Cheese instead of Gorgonzola. I thought I had all the dried apricots I needed, but alas, I didn’t, so I chopped up what I had and made up the rest of the 2/3 cup with chopped pitted dates, but you could use any chopped up dried fruit and it would probably still be good, so don't pass this up just because you don't have apricots! I toasted my walnuts also. I rolled about a dozen 1.5″ balls for my party, so more than the teaspoon called for, and still had about 1-2 cups of mixture left that we will just use on crackers for snacks. Overall, a very good quick and easy recipe!
