I love, love, love this recipe, especially with good sweet corn. I make it in the winter with a 1lb bag of frozen sweet corn and it’s really just as good that way! Love it as a side dish for any Mexican night, or with chips as a dip.

This is the perfect summer snack. So fresh, crunchy and tasty that I can eat it as a meal replacement! I use it as a topping on fish tacos, too. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m reviewing this in December and can’t wait for growing season and my new salsa garden!

I love this salsa. It is a summer staple! I also love that unlike some other salsas there’s no added oil — the fat comes from the avocado, which is just enough.

This was so delicious! We had this as an apetizer on the weekend and I think I ate half the bowl myself. I had to use parsley instead of cilantro as I live in the sticks and we don’t have fancy stuff like that here I’m planning on making this again next week on my family vacation.

My husband loved this recipe! We didn’t have fresh corn so I used frozen and it was still great. I imagine it would be even more amazing with fresh corn. I will definitely be making this again.
