		<description><![CDATA[Hi Marla! Squash blossoms normally open in the morning &amp; then it&#039;s easiest to tell the male from the female blossoms. The male blossoms will have a stamen {which needs to be removed during cleaning} &amp; do not produce the fruit {squash}. Hope that helps : )]]></description>
