This dip is amazing. I used fresh Roma tomatoes and fresh garlic, olive oil, cilantro, and the feta and served with crostini, it was sooo good. The next time I made it I didn’t have any cilantro so I used a combination of basil and rosemary. Not sure which way I like it better because both were so good. Fast, easy and amazing, what more could you want. Loved it, thanks for sharing.

I’ve made this as an appetizer for a few different get-togethers and it’s always a big hit. Never having leftovers because the bowl gets eaten clean is a good sign to me. Quick, easy, and super tasty!
