They are the absolute best soft pretzel I have ever had. My husband gave them an 11 out of 10. I only had salt and onion flakes, so I wasn’t able to make them as written, but they were so good. I made a honey mustard sauce to serve with the pretzels and it was a hit. Thanks for such a god recipe. I also appreciated all the instructions on various ways to make them. This recipe is a do again and again and again!

I sure did enjoy your Everything Soft Pretzels. The only addition I made was that I added a quarter cup of non-diastatic malt to my water bath.
