I made this for company last month and I can’t stop talking about it. It was so easy to make but even better to eat!! My meat-loving husband even liked it. I’m definitely keeping this as a staple when I need an appetizer. You can’t go wrong with this recipe.

Delicious! Nice fresh tasting bruschetta or nice as a dip for veggies! Easy to make too.

I live in timbuktu with no diversity, and I have found it in our stores. Walmart and Costco. I think I have even seen it at our Alberstsons.

@kitchenlovenest–I can always find edamame at WalMart and our local grocery stores. My area does have a pretty diverse ethnic background, but I think edamame have become mainstream enough to wind up just about everybody’s frozen veggie aisle.

@kitchenlovenest – we actually find our frozen shelled edamame at Trader Joe’s, I am not 100% sure about other stores though. The recipe will also work well with fresh edamame, you just have to cook them a tad bit longer.

This may be a silly question, but can you buy frozen shelled edamame at a “regular” grocery store, or do you need to go to an Asian grocery store?
This looks delicious, and I can’t wait to make it. Love the bright, bright green.
