I think Velveeta pepper jack is no longer being made, I checked several stores. But they do carry Velveeta queso blanco now, that was perfect. The smallest creamed spinach I found was 7 oz, so I put it all in. Was the easiest & most delicious dip I’ve ever made!!!!
