I elbowed a co-worker out of the way to get the last of it.

The friend who brought it added a bit more curry powder and sprinkled some raisins & pine nuts on the top of her version.

If you’re in Canada she served it with Dare’s Simple Pleasures Spice Snaps (out of this world).
