I’d say a medium radish would be bigger around than a quarter and smaller than a 1/2 dollar . The radishes from my garden have a little heat to them, so if yours are milder, you could probably use a few more.

I had a dip recipe using red bell peppers that was wonderful but I lost it. I now have its replacement. Thanks. My mom used to serve up cottage cheese with radishes and bell pepper (diced very small). Tastes great and is very pretty.
