We used one very, very large jalapeno and Habanero Jack cheese and felt no heat so we may kick it up a notch next time. Have you ever tried it as a casserrole by adding more chicken, maybe some green chilies and perhaps layering it with chips or tortillas or stiring in some cooked rice?
