I used to make a hot crab dip but stopped because it unattractively separates after a bit. This was the perfect recipe! Easily made in advance. I forgot to mention in my review that I also used fresh cilantro, not dried. Will be using this recipe again next year for sure!

Somebody had given me a couple crabs and I wasn’t sure how much meat there would be so I bought all the ingredients plus additional quantities as I knew it was more then 4 oz. I didn’t measure when I made it and it wasn’t important. Very flexible dish. I deviated by using roma tomatoes that I diced, not canned. I served it as shooters. Thanks! Delish!
