		<description><![CDATA[I took a million shortcuts and these were still delish.  First I used leftover potroast instead of brisket.  I also just used a can of goya pinto beans heated up mwith minced garlic, pepper and Frank&#039;s hot sause.  I also use Trader Joes&#039;s fresh salsa (it&#039;s chunky and looks like pico de gallo) and Trader Joes&#039;s enchilada sauce.  These were so good as they were I can&#039;t imagine how good they&#039;s be if I used Ree&#039;s beans and pico.]]></description>
