I halved the recipe because even though we are a family of 6 we didn’t need that many. We still had plenty of batter left over and I believe we made 7 corn dogs and 4 cheese sticks. I have toddlers and I cut the some of the dogs in two and made ‘halvesies’ and the kiddos loved them. Very tender batter and tasty to boot…will be doing this again and again
