		<description><![CDATA[1/2 a cup of sugar seems like a LOT for granola, so I cut it down to 1/4 cup.  I also increased the salt to 1/2 tsp since in my experience, a little extra salt makes a huge difference.  Finally, I skipped the glaze since I want a healthy snack, not dessert.  The result was granola that tasted EXACTLY like cinnamon toast.  It&#039;s delicious! Since it turned out so perfectly, I know that if I hadn&#039;t made the adjustments it would have been entirely too sweet. Thus the 4-mitt rating instead of 5.]]></description>
