I made them to go with a sweet mango/strawberry salsa; and the chips were completely gone before the salsa was! I expedited the process by brushing the melted butter onto the whole tortilla, then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and cut into 8ths. They baked up crispy & beautiful. (I even forgot to drizzle the remaining butter on the chips – but they really didn’t even need it.) So glad I finally found the perfect cinnamon chip for my fruit desserts!
