It was so good! I’ve never liked the ultra-processed cheese sauces that you normally find on chili cheese fries, so I was thrilled to see a recipe for homemade cheese sauce. Since I didn’t have American cheese, I used a mix of provolone and sharp cheddar. It worked out really well. Thanks for the recipe!
