This was excellent. I doubled the sauce, used ground chicken instead, and added chopped water chestnuts for crunch. I’ll definitely make these again!

Wonderful recipe! I added sliced, quartered water chestnuts as well to the recipe for added crunch. We served with bean sprouts & thin rice noodles. Much, much, MUCH better than P.F. Chang’s recipe, which we find too salty. Definitely a keeper! Thank you!

This is in our rotation of must have meals each month. We have them as lettuce wraps or over rice. We all love this recipe and look forward to it. I do usually make more sauce.

The flavorings in the chicken are spot-on. Such a great combination of spice and sweet with the crunch of the cashews. We didn’t have any large leaf lettuce, so I served it over lettuce salad and it was wonderful.

This is a family favorite! I usually triple the sauce!! Great for lunches the next day!
