I don’t really measure anything. So I have to guess at measurements. I usually just cover the bottom of the dish with the oil then mix the potatoes up to coat them.

I have to say that the oil was a tad much. Actually, it was way too much-the taters were drowning in it and soaked it in. Next time, I would adjust the oil to just a couple of tablespoons. Thank you for the recipe as we will try it again with adjustments.
