		<description><![CDATA[I just kinda guessed on the oil. I don&#039;t really measure anything. So I have to guess at measurements. I usually just cover the bottom of the dish with the oil then mix the potatoes up to coat them.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I tried this tonight, as I&#039;ve been trying to find the perfect cheese potato recipe.  I have to say that the oil was a tad much.  Actually, it was way too much-the taters were drowning in it and soaked it in.  Next time, I would adjust the oil to just a couple of  tablespoons.  Thank you for the recipe as we will try it again with adjustments.]]></description>
