I plan on making them this Saturday! One thing I do is instead of putting two weiners in one roll, I take half the dough at a time and mend the seams together and recut it. It makes smaller rolls but still works out great. I use 4 packages of crescent rolls to 1 package of cocktail weiners (same sizes as listed above).
