I made these this morning. The quantity for the salt is missing so I used 1 teaspoon. It made the raw dough taste salty, but once baked they taste great. I had to add much more than 2 Tablespoons of cold water to bring the dough together. I chose to make this recipe due to having worked with pie dough for many years. Since I had to add more water, it took a much longer cooking time to get them to a crisp bite. I would give this recipe a try again. I only gave 4 mitts due to this recipe not working out as directed. They are easy to make and taste great in the end. Taste is definately 5 mitts!
