		<description><![CDATA[I have to admit, I was a little worried about this one, since I am not a great baker, but it came together easily, although I did have to adjust the cooking time, as they ended up done and browned in less than 35 minutes.

They bake up light and airy and very flavorful.  I did top them with a little salt and parmesan before baking.

I also had a lot more dough than I thought I would, making almost 48  1&quot; puffs with a piping bag.  I thought I would have quite a few left over, but every last one was devoured!]]></description>
