		<description><![CDATA[I really enjoyed this.  The hummus was really different.  I roasted the carrots about twice the time suggested and they still had really small crunchy bits after processing in the food processor, but I actually like that.  I did get them very small but still had a little texture.  The hummus together with the cucumber is what really makes it.  Those flavors combined is great and the presentation is very cute!]]></description>
