Perhaps I did not do something right, but I thought the onions should have been more caramelized for the recipe. My onions had more of a caramel look because of the Balsamic vinegar.
The overall flavor reminded me of the Lays Balsamic & Onion potato chips, which I do enjoy. I will experiment with this recipe and make it again.
