I have 2 questions; you said to lower the oven temp to 350 after removing the eggplant, but then the recipe doesn&#039;t say to put anything back into the oven. Is there a step missing? Also, I don&#039;t use wine in my cooking; do you have a recommendation for what to substitute for the wine? Maybe broth? Thanks!]]></description>
