I made them last night and you’re right, -they are the best deviled eggs I’ve ever had. At first, I thought, “Butter”???, but after pondering for a moment, I thought “How different, -really, are butter and mayonnaise?” Not much of a difference in my opinion. The butter added flavor and also a nice creamy texture. This is the way I will make deviled eggs from now on. Thank you so much for the recipe!
