At first, I thought, &quot;Butter&quot;???, but after pondering for a moment, I thought &quot;How different, -really, are butter and mayonnaise?&quot;  Not much of a difference in my opinion.  The butter added flavor and also a nice creamy texture.  This is the way I will make deviled eggs from now on.  Thank you so much for the recipe!]]></description>
