I will readily admit that I am typically not a fan of buffalo dips. At the urging of my daughter, I recently made and took this to a family get together. The dip was easy to make, enjoyed by everyone and the first appetizer to be gone. People were practically scraping the bottom of the dish for the last little bites. The next time I make it, I am planning to buy a rotisserie chicken and just shred the meat from the already cooked chicken. Thanks for a great recipe!
