This was really good and really easy to make. Only thing I did differently was to bake the meatballs in the oven first. I just have better luck with them that way (more even browning). I placed them on a rack that has been sprayed with oil, placed that on a cookie sheet and then baked them at 425º for 20 mins. I made up the meatballs with a mini ice cream scoop and probably got 2 dozen meatballs. Also, I had to add some bread crumbs to the mixture to get them to stick together. The turkey meat was very moist to begin with and then after adding the egg, it just wouldn't form into balls at all. This is a combination I would never have thought of, but it really works. Thanks, Meseidy!
