I used plain yogurt because that it what I had on hand. This was great as salad dressing. It was a little strong because I did not thin it out, but a tablespoon was all that was needed for a huge salad. Thanks for sharing this great simple recipe angiespantry.

I am buying a commercial product that I really like with yogurt as a main ingredient and it is really low in calories and to me high in taste.
