I had gone grocery shopping last night & when I got home I quickly searched tastykitchen for a recipe to use the ingredients I had on hand. Ta Da – there was your recipe to the rescue & it turned out fabulous. I made a couple alterations – I didn’t have any tomatoes or coriander so I left those out. I had red onion instead of green onions & then I had a yellow pepper on hand so I added it. It turned out great & I have already had some coworkers try it & love it. Thank you for the great recipe!!
