I liked the flavor, allthough the feta I had was tomate basil- ok but regular feta would have probably been better. I also added some shredded swiss cheese on top of the mushrooms We served these at Christmas and they were a hit! My mother who doesn’t even like mushrooms tried one and said they were good! {musta been that stick of butter-tehe}
