These indeed are the Best.Pretzels.Ever. I left off about 2-4 oz of the oil and omitted the lemon pepper and added chili powder, cayenne, and a little taco seasoning. I mixed 1# of sticks and 1# of waffle sqaure pretzels. Thanks for sharing! I would never have thought of using the popcorn oil!

These are fabulous! Have already made them more times than I can count. My neighbors begged me for the recipe too. I add a little garlic powder to the mix as well from time to time.

Addictive, I must have these as a staple at all times for my husband, children, and any random people for whom I provide food. The best part for me is that they are so easy! Thank you for your miracle pretzels!

Great pretzels. Really good. I tweaked the recipe (b/c I didn’t have the butter popping oil – I used 1 cup of veggie oil instead) and they were fantastic!! Thanks for sharing.

The pretzels are the best pretzels ever! I made them for a housewarming party and doubled the recipe and they were all gone by the end of the night. I had to promise to send the recipe to others before I left for the night.
