I softened my cream cheese in the microwave, then added the ranch mix, then beer, then cheddar cheese. Everything mixed very easily. I didn’t have any Fritos but I served it with Triscuits and got lots of “what IS this?” at the party I took it to. Needless to say there weren’t any leftovers, will definitely make again!!
