Amazing. Just go make this. NOW. I’ve made this with both chicken tenders or cut up boneless breast. It really doesn’t make much difference. I was worried it was going to have an overwhelming mayo taste at first but it doesn’t at all. My husband and I had actually been arguing before I was cooking but as soon as we both tried some of this we looked at each other in amazement and all was forgotten lol.

Loved it! I made it with ~1.6 lb of chicken breasts b/c I couldn’t find tenderloins. I had to double the breading mixture, but the milk/egg and sriracha sauce were perfect for that amount of chicken. I agree about trying this chicken as a base for chicken nuggets with other sauces. Yum!!!

I made this last night and my husband, who is super picky, was in heaven. We both loved it, and the first thing out of his mouth after his first bite was, “is there enough for lunch tomorrow?” I am definitely going to try this with shrimp.

Made this tonight for my picky husband and he loved it. Didn’t make the sauce as spicy as I like but still was very tasty. Chicken just alone is great. Would love to try this with shrimp.

I have never been able to try the shrimp version at a local restaurant, due to allergies, so when I came across this recipe I was pretty excited. I only made a few changes (used boneless skinless thighs and baked rather than fried)to the preparation, but it was still very good. My son loves Sriracha sauce so this will become a regular addition to our menu.
