		<description><![CDATA[These aren&#039;t a perfect substitute for the yummy fried ones, but pretty tasty and a lot less guilt ridden (and messy - frying is a pain sometimes!).  We made a few adjustments.

1. Added bean sprouts and mushrooms (we had them on hand). 
2. Used only a 1/2 T of sesame oil (2 T is definitely too much of the kind we had). 
3. The cabbage (regular, not napa) was already wilted so we skipped the veggie broth and still had to drain some liquid. 
4. we folded them as suggested, but would recommend folding them the normal way.  the ends got a bit too crisp and the middle didn&#039;t quite crisp enough.]]></description>
