		<description><![CDATA[This is great! I&#039;ve made it several times for dinner parties, as it looks beautiful and is delicious and healthy too. If there are picky kids, I sometimes use feta instead of gorgonzola, but the gorgonzola is really perfect. Agree with the idea to toast walnuts! Also a tip -- if you didn&#039;t cut your pears right in half very well and they are lopsided, I use little balls of foil to prop up their tails, so the honey and toppings don&#039;t spill out too much.]]></description>
