I’ve never eaten green tomatoes in any recipe and we have a surplus this year and wanted to make fried green tomatoes, but seemed too labor intensive as i was preparing two other dishes for dinner. This recipe fit the bill as being easy and delicious. They baked up in the oven while I prepared the rest of our dinner. Will do this again, for sure. Thanks for the recipe!!
