		<description><![CDATA[These were really great! I&#039;ll be honest and say I wasn&#039;t expecting a whole lot. I mean, ground turkey? No cabbage? BAKED? These are supposed to be egg rolls! But I made them because I had the ingredients and I wanted to use up some egg roll wrappers, and my husband and I both gobbled them up! I was surprised when I didn&#039;t even have to pre-cook the meat on the stove. Sure, they&#039;re not traditional fried egg rolls, but for the quick, &quot;healthy&quot;(er) version, we&#039;ll definitely be making these again.]]></description>
