Hi Sweetwater, I’m not sure why yours did not crisp. Did you slice them very thin? Also, cooking time vary’s from oven to oven, so you may need to bake them a little longer. I’m thinking if you had trouble with the peel and the interior part, your slices need to be thinner next time. Hope this helps!

Mine did not crisp and even though I did core the apples some of the unedible parts (that little covering of the seeds)were not good. I think I would even peel them next time as the peel was coarse.
