We tweaked the assembly, instead of whole we used sliced water chestnuts. Then cut them in half. Also we wrapped the bacon around both a water chestnut piece and chunk of pineapple. We made a tray the with the brown soy sauce mix poured over the top and some without. Both kinds were yummy and gobbled up fast! We didn’t cover with foil since we were out and it turned out great!
