		<description><![CDATA[These were great...however the first few times I made these, they didn&#039;t turn out and I had to trash them. I used thin slices of bacon, which was the main reason. While the bacon was cooking, it slid off the pineapple. The adjustments I made worked perfectly. I used hickory smoked thick sliced bacon and microwaved the bacon until they were about 3/4 cooked. I then cut the slices of bacon in half and dredged them in the brown sugar. Wrapped them around FRESH pineapple (canned just isn&#039;t the same), and then baked them on a cookie cooling rack in a foil line pan at 375 for about 15 minutes or so to warm them up. These are awesome!! :-)]]></description>
