		<description><![CDATA[You could do it on a broiler drip pan, under the broiler in your oven, or in a toaster oven (make sure to line the bottom with foil for easy cleanup.  I have done them on the stove top in a pan but it doesn&#039;t get as crisp.  

You should see if any of your local parks have the charcoal grill stands in the picnic areas, this is great on a charcoal grill, just don&#039;t use too much lighter fluid to get the coals going.

You should look at getting small tabletop propane grill.  I have one made by Coleman, that is perfect for tailgating or picnics.  I got it at a local farm co-op for about $50 and that included my first little bottle of propane.  I can could 4 t-bones on it at one time.]]></description>
