Just made this. I probably had a huge bulb of garlic because it was so spicy! I added some greek yogurt and a little more mayo and voila! The BEST toum I’ve made to date. Used it with my Chicken Shawarma, YUM!

Michigal I have a quesstion. Is the same thing as the garlic paste that they give you at the restuarants? If so I think I love you. lol Just moved from outside Flint and there was a middle eastern place we loved to go eat and it has the galic paste and the pita bread. I could eat myself silly. Oh and I have been looking for a good lemon rice soup because of another resturant. Thank you so much!!!!

I had saved this the other day, think today might be the day to try this, my husband, Lebanese, always talks about this dip, he always had it at home with a roasted chicken.
