		<description><![CDATA[I used almonds and cashews instead of pistachios because it was what we had and made this the lazy way by layering the blue cheese and nuts on an apricot and drizzling it with honey. The flavors worked well together, I really enjoyed it and would make it again!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I made these for book club. Before I took them, I had The Husband taste test. He liked the variety of flavors, with the blue cheese strong at the end. He loves blue cheese, so these totally worked for him.
The book club ladies also loved them. One commented that she liked the “savory and sweet” tastes. I only had a couple left over (from a double batch), so I think that also speaks volumes.
I will certainly make these again! Thanks.

The sweetness of the honey didn&#039;t pair well with the sweet of the apricot. The tang of the fruit also seemed to fight the tang of the cheese.  We were so looking forward to trying them, sorry it just wasn&#039;t for us.]]></description>
