Being a garlic fiend, I was tempted to use more than the 2 large cloves called for in the recipe. Glad I resisted. One more clove would have made it all about the garlic and not about the olives. Very quick, very easy to make. And it got rave reviews. So yummy. This one is going in with my keeper recipes.

I didn’t need to add any additional olive oil or red wine vinegar b/c my artichokes were seasoned and packed in olive oil, so I left them as-is and that added just enough to make everything come together perfectly.
