Yummy soup! We all needed to add salt to our bowls (the broth was watery), so I will use all broth next time.

This fall I decided to make a new soup every weekend, and lucky me, I chose this one for this weekend. I am so glad I did. So simple but so delicious. My family licked their bowls clean. I did use high quality ingredients, and I think that makes the difference. Thank you, thank you for a wonderful recipe. It is sure to go in my rotation!

@mamalolly Never a dumb question ; ) Happy to help. Yes, about an inch of the rind give or take and just remove the rind prior to serving and discard. Hope that helps!

I always love your recipes! Can’t wait to make it but I have a dumb question: How big of a piece of cheese rind? Like an inch or more? And, this is really stupid, if you get the piece of cheese rind in your bowl do you set it aside or eat it? Or does it melt away when cooked?
