A vegetarian burger alternative.
Drain and rinse your canned black beans. Set a handful of the black beans to the side and place the rest in a bowl. Blend your black beans using a hand blender (or place into a blender).
Once your black beans are blended, toss in the diced onions, cilantro, jalapenos, cayenne, adobo seasoning, bread crumbs, and leftover black beans. Stir until completely combined. Form into 2 patties.
Spray a pan with cooking spray. Preheat the pan over medium-high heat. Add in your bean burger patties and cook for approximately 5 minutes each side. Each side will brown slightly and the patty should be become warm throughout.
Serve on preferred bun along with preferred toppings or just enjoy plain!
