		<description><![CDATA[I made these yesterday and they&#039;re delicious!  Just enough chocolate to feel like a treat, but packed with lots of healthy things to make them really nutritious.  I substituted a few things just because I had them on hand.  I used peanuts instead of cashews, oat bran instead of flax, and chunky instead of creamy peanut butter. I&#039;ll definitely be making these on a regular basis.]]></description>
