		<description><![CDATA[Split Pea Soup is always a favorite.  use that nice ham juice that collects in the pan to add to your pea cooking water.  makes a terrific broth---if it&#039;s not too sweet.  this year we opted to not put all that super sweet glaze on our small ham, and we enjoyed it just as much.]]></description>
